Tomorrow in the lab, we continue working to prepare 16S/ITS libraries for the sourdough samples we are analyzing. We will begin with the bead cleanup. Please review this protocol and the procedures for lab 2 in the LabArchives lab notebook.
We will start with a short recap and brief announcements before getting to work. During the barcoding PCR step, we will have a chance for a break and a group activity.
