Good morning, BIT 477/577 participants,
Today, we will analyze data using BV-BRC.org. We have sequenced our samples using Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) whole genome sequencing (Rapid Barcoding kit) and full-length 16S amplification. Today, we will retrieve data to analyze. We will also review the status of our Illumina libraries and complete our final POGIL activity.
You completed Module 5 last week, and now “Module 6: How can we plot this? How certain are we?” is available along with Module 7, our wrap-up “What did we discover?”
