Good morning, BIT 477/577 participants!
Today, we continue the 16S Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) sequencing experiment by individually purifying each 16S amplicon library before quantifying and pooling. Please review the procedure and information posted on LabArchives.
During this session, we will also review and explore the whole genome shotgun sequencing data from last week’s ONT WGS.
We will devote time to the POGIL #2 activity in teams and discussion of the current and past modules.
