The online asynchronous lab activity for Module 6 will involve running our 16S Nanopore reads through the BV-BRC Taxonomic Classification Pipeline. Of the 48 barcodes from our two sequencing runs you will choose five (or more if you would like) to run through the pipeline and analyze the results. The activity worksheet can be found here. Please submit the completed worksheet including discussion questions to Moodle by Friday, December 1 at 5:00 PM. Please reach out to us if you have any questions, we will also be available to discuss this during our in-person lab on Tuesday, November 28. We are very excited to see what research questions you ask and what answers you find in this dataset!
