Just a few things to keep in mind to continue this semester strong!
- You have a week to complete your lab entries, so please have your entries submitted before the next lab session. Try to have discussion questions answered before lab, as this will make it easier for you.
- Also, be sure you are attending the live synchronous sessions on Thursdays. We cover important information regarding what we accomplished in lab and activities for you to understand the material.
- Come to class with questions!
Lab Entry for Lab 3 and 4 – Due Before Lab tomorrow
- You will only focus on the Nanopore sequencing to write your entry. This includes the 16S barcoding library prep you conducted in the last 2 weeks. Include a purpose, methods, and a discussion of the findings. There will be no results until next lab session.

- Complete Perusall Assignment 3 – Due Thursday, November 16, 2023, 4:00 PM
- Complete the Review Questions for Module 5 – Due Friday, November 17, 2023, 11:59 PM
