Thank you for your hard work and patience today.
It was a long lab, and you all did a lot! You now have an idea of which samples have high enough concentrations to be diluted to 10 nM for pooling in our final library. We will then run a final high-sensitivity TapeStation DNA strip to analyze the pooled sample before submitting for sequencing.
Dr. Erin McKenney slides are available as an attachment and posted under Module 3.
Review the spreadsheet and make sure all your sample information is included.
Lab entries will need to include a summary of the procedure, results, and calculations. MacKenzie will send out more information in the coming days. Discussion questions are due before our synchronous session on Thursday.
