I’ve been enjoying learning what you did on the forums!
We will review your data analysis projects, podcasts, and tutorials this week. The grade book has most items. Keep in mind that Moodle is currently calculating the course grade based on the weights for BIT 477: I will update manually the 577 grades once all assignments have been reviewed and entered.
I know you have numerous competing priorities and assignments that limit your time. I appreciate your commitment and the persistence you demonstrated in trying to get things to work!
Learning about microbial communities and analyzing large datasets takes time and trial and error. I know you had an opportunity to work on several different tools with this course and do some lab work. While we had some challenges in the lab and on the computer, we did create several datasets that you analyzed.
