You’ve worked hard over the last couple of weeks, and we appreciate your commitment to learning about metagenomics and data analyses. It was a challenging experience as you had to troubleshoot and learn how to use a variety of tools, but we truly hope this has provided the confidence for you to try these tools and approaches on your own!

Your projects are the result of your creativity and effort. We designed these assignments to help you and others learn. Adding scripts, videos, and as much information as possible makes these resources more accessible and useful. We hope you enjoyed the experience and consider sharing in the forum and beyond!
